A new gameplay trailer for The Witcher 3 has been released, and it shows more of the game's seamless combat and adventuring
Although the core gameplay and combat of the latest Witcher would seem to stray little from the formula of the previous game, we've not seen many releases that do action RPGing quite as beautifully as The Witcher
As you'll see from the trailer below, Geralt's latest adventure is one gorgeous-looking outing, both visually and in terms of audio, and if there's one thing that the game looks to have nailed, it's an impressive world to wander around in. A world full of things to chop into little bits.
The actual gameplay looks promising too, with Geralt's usual blend of sword and sorcery mixing together fluidly in the middle of combat, as he dispatches various supernatural nasties on his journey to solve the woes of a small village.
The Witcher 3 is on track to be one of the big early releases of next year, and it's one we're looking forward too, not least as its the series' first foray onto current gen consoles. It'll be released on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC in February 24 2015, and you can get a special pre-order deal for PC via GOG.com
